The Method

Six months of your own data, and you are ready for the mountain.

Most coaching sells you a feeling. This proves the change with numbers you can hold. Here is exactly how it works, and why it is adventure-agnostic: the same protocol gets you ready for Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, the Dolomites, or keeping up with your kids.

The three things a trek actually demands

Forget the summit-photo idea of fitness. A big trek rewards three specific capacities, in this order. I build them on purpose, and I measure each one.

The engine

Capacity

Aerobic base built with zone-2 and loaded carries, so eight hours on a trail feels like a long walk, not a survival event.

The frame

Strength & mobility

Single-leg and eccentric work for knees, hips, and back that carry a pack downhill as happily as up.

The proof

Measured change

Blood panel at the start, blood panel at the end, wearable data every week between. You see the change, not just feel it.

The Health Terminal

The weekly loop that makes it work

Every Monday your own data runs through the Health Terminal. The machine surfaces what changed. I make the call. Your plan adjusts in days, not months.

01

Your data flows in

Wearable, scale, and training load from the devices you already wear. Nothing new to buy.

02

Code finds the signal

Deterministic detection against your own baselines flags what moved. Nothing is eyeballed or invented.

03

I make the call

Every adjustment to your plan is a human decision, not an algorithm. Detection is code. The decision is me.

04

Your plan adjusts

Days, not months. That responsiveness is the premium, and it is why the numbers move.

A benchmark you can hold, not a feeling

At your assessment we set your Expedition-Ready benchmark: a defined ruck, a step-test, and a strength standard matched to your adventure. Do the work and hit it by program end, or I coach you free until you do. The guarantee is tied to a number, because a promise you can measure is the only kind worth making.

What this is not

The Health Terminal makes training decisions only. Anything that looks like a physician's territory gets referred to your physician, and if you have a condition that is not cleared for training, we wait for the green light first. This is coaching built on data, not medicine.

See where you actually stand.

Two minutes, four questions, an honest read on the gap between you and your adventure.
