The capstone, not a bolt-on
The Summit is the top of the ladder for a reason. It pairs the full six-month Deep Transformation with the trek itself, operated with Himalayan Leaders, guiding the Himalaya since 1989. You do not arrive hoping. You arrive trained, tested against your own benchmark, and ready to spend the fitness you built.
- Everything in Deep Transformation, six months
- The private, filmed Everest Base Camp expedition
- Three blood panels and weekly Health Terminal briefs
- A trek-specific conditioning block
- An altitude-readiness screen before you fly
- Weekly 1:1 coaching, and on-mountain coaching
Your coaching graduates are your climbing team.
Most treks throw strangers of wildly different fitness together and hope for the best. Here, the six people on the mountain trained for months toward the same benchmark. That makes for a safer, stronger departure, and a group that already knows what the others went through to get there. Each business is the other's answer: the coaching hands the trek a pre-qualified, already-fit six, and the trek gives the coaching an un-copyable capstone.
The investment
The Summit is sold as one application and one price, from $18,000, covering both the coaching and the expedition. It runs one to two filmed departures a year, capped at six guests each, which is the real reason it is by application. If a bucket-list trek has been sliding to next year, this is the version that actually happens.
