21 days. Your own baseline. Your first Veda brief.

Before anyone tells you what to train, find out where you actually stand. Connect the wearable you already own, live a normal three weeks, and the Veda Health Terminal builds your personal baseline. Then you get your first weekly brief, the same one clients get every Monday.

Bring your labs. Keep your ring. Add a coach.

  1. Check out

$297, one time. If you continue into any program, the full $297 comes off it.

  2. Connect what you already wear

Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin or Withings. Alex emails setup within 48 hours, and it takes about ten minutes.

  3. Live a normal three weeks

No new program and no new gear. The point is to see your real pattern: training, travel, short nights and all.

  4. Get your first Veda brief

Your personal baselines, what sits inside your normal range, and what flagged, in the same format clients get every week.

Already tested? Already tracking? Keep all of it.

If you've done Function Health, Superpower or a panel with your physician, send the results after checkout and they sit beside your wearable data from day one. If you already wear a Whoop or an Oura, that's your device. Most of these services hand you a dashboard. This adds the part they don't: a person who reads it every week.

Straight answers
Do I need a wearable?

Yes. The baseline is built from a device you wear every night: Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, Garmin or Withings. If you don't have one yet, take the free Score first and ask Alex which fits you.

Do I need to change my training?

No. Train the way you normally do. A baseline built on your real life is the one worth having.

What happens after the 21 days?

You get your brief, and you decide. If you continue into Foundation, Transformation or Deep Transformation, the $297 comes off the price. If you don't, you keep the brief.

Is this medical?

No. The Veda Health Terminal makes training observations only and never diagnoses anything. If something in your data looks like a physician's territory, you'll be told plainly to take it to your physician.
