Expedition Ready ("we", "us") is a coaching business operated by Alex Huang. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because our program is built on your own health and wearable data, we treat that data with particular care.

1. Information we collect

Contact details you provide: name, email, phone.
Assessment and application responses from the Expedition-Ready Score and the application, including your goal, timeline, training history, and stated concerns.
Health and wearable data you choose to share as part of coaching: resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep, training load, body composition, and blood-panel results. This is sensitive personal information.
Payment information, processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data such as pages visited and general analytics, collected via standard web technologies.

2. How we use your information

To deliver coaching, including the weekly Health Terminal analysis and plan adjustments.
To assess fit, schedule your assessment call, and communicate with you.
To process payments and administer your program.
To improve our services, in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

3. Your health data, specifically

We process your health and wearable data only with your consent and only to coach you. Detection is automated against your own baselines; decisions are made by your coach. This is coaching, not medical care, and the data is used for training decisions, not diagnosis. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete this data at any time.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, under contract, including: email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, and secure data hosting. For the Summit program we share the information needed to run the expedition with our trek operator. Where you have a diagnosed condition, we may refer you, with your consent, to a registered-dietitian or medical partner. We never sell your data.

5. Wearable and third-party integrations

If you connect a wearable or app, you authorize us to receive the data those services make available. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights and choices

Access, correct, or export the personal information we hold.
Delete your information and withdraw consent to health-data processing.
Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. Data retention and security
